Irish Organic Fruit and Vegetables

This week we have Irish Beetroot, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery, Leeks, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Potatoes, Onions, Rocket, Cherry Tomatoes and Round Tomatoes.

 Our Irish Vegetables come from Marc Michel in Wicklow, Duncan Healy in Wicklow and Donnelly’s in Dublin. Our mushrooms are coming from Orchard Organics in Armagh this week.

Irish Organic meat

We have 12 different top quality Irish Beef products and 9 different top quality Irish Lamb products from Good Herdsmen in Tipperary under the Ballybrado label and fresh organic chicken from Shannon Vale Foods in Cork.

Irish Organic Bread and Bread Mixes

We have chosen the award winning Blazing Salads Bread Company to supply us with fresh bread on a daily basis. Based in Dublin, this Artisan bakery make a delicious range of traditional spelt, sourdough and rye breads. Their range is topped off with a lovely Italian style Ciabatta and an equally tasty French style Batarde.

If home baking is your thing we have very ‘simple to make’ spelt bread mixes from Sowans in Cork.

Using stone ground organic Spelt flour that includes the whole kernel of the grain these breads can be made using either cow’s milk or soya milk.

You will find Sowans bread mixes in our ‘Flour and Baking aids section’.

Of course if you want to go the whole hog and make your bread from scratch then look no further than our Ballybrado whole wheat and Spelt flour.

Irish Organic Dairy products and Eggs

Our milk comes from Strathroy in Omagh and our eggs come from Connolly’s in County Monaghan.

We also have award winning Irish cheese from Mossfield Organic Farm in Offaly.

Try this delicious Gouda style cheese in its plain form or with one of its herbal mixes.

Irish Organic Treats

We all like to spoil ourselves occasionally.

We have whole wheat Ballybrado cookies made in Mallow, hand made, Fair Trade, Wilde Irish Chocolate from County Clare and award winning ice cream from Tipperary Ice cream.
